Travel Directions

Sara’s Campground is located directly between Presque Isle State Park and Waldameer Amusement and Water Park. Access is easy from Interstates 90 and 79.

For bayside camping please use the GPS address 83 Peninsula Dr Erie, PA 16505.

From Pittsburgh and the South
Take I-79 North to Exit 183B. Travel 4 lights (or 1.3 miles) to Rt. 832, turn North (right), and travel 1 mile. The first left past Waldameer Amusement and Water World is the entrance to Sara’s Campground.

From Cleveland / Buffalo
Take I-90 to I-79. Take I-79 North to Exit 183B. Travel 4 lights (or 1.3 miles) to Rt. 832, turn North (right), and travel 1 mile. The first left past Waldameer Amusement and Water World is the entrance to Sara’s Campground.
